Reading Monosyllabic Words with and without Magic E

Skill Development: Increases word attack skills by strengthening the students awareness of short vs. long vowel sounds based on the presence or absence of the silent e ending.

Object: Players collect matching words by playing a familiar game of 'Go Fish'. Player with the most pairs wins.
